Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Overview
GeoTree, operated by Geo Planet Solution Pvt. Ltd., maintains a strict refund and cancellation policy for all payments, contributions, campaigns, donations, and digital transactions made through the platform.
By making any payment on GeoTree, users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
All payments made through GeoTree are generally final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Plantation-related contributions
- Environmental campaign payments
- Donations
- Service-related charges
- Promotional activity payments
- Any voluntary contributions made through the platform
Once a transaction has been successfully processed, it cannot ordinarily be reversed or cancelled.
2. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refund requests may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Incorrect transaction caused by a verified system malfunction
- Unauthorized payment activity verified after internal review.
All refund decisions shall be made solely at the discretion of GeoTree and Geo Planet Solution Pvt. Ltd.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund request is approved:
- Processing may take approximately 7–15 business days
- Refunds shall be issued only through the original payment method
- Payment gateway charges, banking fees, taxes, or third-party processing charges may be deducted where applicable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Users may discontinue use of GeoTree at any time. However:
- Payments already processed cannot generally be cancelled
- Requests for cancellation after successful payment confirmation may not be entertained.
5. Right to Refuse Refund Requests
GeoTree reserves the right to reject any refund or cancellation request in cases involving:
- Violation of platform policies
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete transaction verification
- Misuse of platform services.
GeoTree may request additional information or supporting documents before reviewing any refund-related request.
