1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of GeoTree constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines that may be published by GeoTree from time to time.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Geo Planet Solution Pvt. Ltd.

2. Eligibility

By using GeoTree, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age or accessing the Platform under appropriate parental or guardian supervision
• You possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into these Terms
• All information submitted by you is accurate, current, and complete
• Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, institution, or entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind such entities to these Terms.

3. Nature of Services

GeoTree is a digital platform designed to facilitate:

• Tree plantation tracking and monitoring
• Geo-tagging and location-based environmental activities
• Sustainability participation and awareness
• Plantation documentation and reporting
• Community engagement for environmental initiatives
• Environmental activity management and analytics.

GeoTree reserves the right to modify, enhance, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Services at its sole discretion without prior notice.

4. User Accounts & Registration

Certain features of the Services may require user registration and account creation. By creating an account, users agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through their account
• Promptly notify GeoTree of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding account credentials. GeoTree shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence or failure to maintain account security.

5. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

Users agree to use GeoTree responsibly, lawfully, and ethically. Users shall not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive activities
• Upload or distribute false, offensive, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content
• Violate the privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights of others
• Attempt unauthorized access to servers, databases, systems, or user accounts
• Interfere with platform operations, infrastructure, or security
• Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful software
• Manipulate geo-location, plantation, or environmental data
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Services without authorization.

GeoTree reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.

6. User Content & Platform Submissions

Users may submit, upload, publish, or share photographs, geo-tagged data, comments, plantation records, reports, and other content (“User Content”) through the Platform. By submitting User Content, users:

• Confirm that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to upload such content
• Grant GeoTree a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and limited license to use, host, store, reproduce, process, display, publish, and distribute such content solely for operational, analytical, promotional, environmental awareness, and service-related purposes.

Users retain ownership of their original content.

GeoTree reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, restrict, or refuse any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards.

7. Geo-Location & GPS Services

GeoTree may utilize geo-location, GPS, and mapping technologies to provide location-based functionality and environmental activity tracking. By enabling location access, users consent to the collection and processing of geo-location information for:

• Geo-tagging plantation activities
• Environmental mapping and tracking
• Platform analytics and service enhancement
• Location-based functionalities and features.

Users may disable location permissions through device settings; however, certain Services may become unavailable or function improperly as a result.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to GeoTree, including but not limited to:

are owned by or licensed to Geo Planet Solution Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Except as expressly permitted, users shall not:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, or reverse engineer any portion of the Services
• Distribute, publish, license, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services without prior written authorization.

9. Third-Party Services & Integrations

GeoTree may integrate with third-party platforms and service providers including mapping and geo-location services, cloud hosting providers, analytics tools, communication systems, and payment gateways.

GeoTree does not control third-party services and shall not be responsible for third-party content, service availability, security practices, or privacy policies.

Users access third-party services at their own discretion and risk.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

GeoTree values user privacy and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, users consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. GeoTree does not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Information on the Platform is fully accurate or complete
• The Platform will remain continuously available
• The Services will meet all user expectations or requirements
• The Platform will be free from viruses or harmful components.

Users access and use the Services entirely at their own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoTree and Geo Planet Solution Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Unauthorized account access
• User-generated content or reliance on platform information/analytics
• Third-party services or integrations.

In all circumstances, total liability shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.

13. Suspension & Termination

GeoTree reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate user access to the Services for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Unlawful conduct or security concerns
• Misuse of the Platform or actions that may harm GeoTree, its users, or third parties.

Termination of access does not waive any legal rights or remedies available to GeoTree.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GeoTree, Geo Planet Solution Pvt. Ltd., affiliates, directors, employees, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• Violation of these Terms
• User Content submitted to the Platform
• Misuse of the Services
• Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

15. Changes to Terms

GeoTree reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.

Updated versions shall be published on the Platform along with the revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rajasthan, India.
